In snowstorm, everyone's a fellow travelerHeavy snow cloaks silhouettes near the intersection of 16th and JFK in Center City Philadelphia about 10 p.m. on Jan. 27, 2011. When the snow ended a few hours later, the city had about 15 inches on the ground — at least in places beyond the reach of this man’s shovel.
