Sizing up a headstone

Man with cross-cut saw sizes up a tree-motif headstone, Somerset, PA
Headstones from early 1900sJeff Jacobs of Davisville, Pa., seems to be considering having a go with his cross-cut saw at a treelike headstone in a cemetery in Somerset, Pa., on Saturday. In fact, he had just bought the two-man saw for $10 at the Somerset Antique Show a block away and was cutting through the cemetery on the way back to his car. He said he’d long been drawn to the headstones, the larger of which marks the burial site of a Civil War veteran who died in 1907.
