Diners at Metrazur, the tony Charlie Palmer restaurant, had box seats on Thursday, May 28, 2009, when demonstrators clad in prison-style jumpsuits and hoods climbed the stairs for a rush-hour protest at Grand Central Station, New York. The two dozen or so protesters decried torture by “Bush era war criminals,” urged that torture photos be released to the public, and chanted that those behind the torture should be prosecuted as war criminals.  Brochures directed the crowd to
