Don’t waste time when you arrive at Bryce Canyon National Park — get onto a horse ASAP and follow a wrangler through the hoodoos and spires that make up the wind- and water-sculpted wonderland. At one point on this ride a year ago, we crossed between canyon branches through this tunnel, a bit like crossing from one fantasyland to another. It’s in southern Utah, reservations required.
